Don't know if mentioned below but Gold has said that Sakho, Lanzini and Carroll will all be available for the home leg.

I see your logic behind that as nobody would. I do think people act on instinct though and then think after they do it.

In this case you can definitely see Caulker move his hand toward it on the 2nd attempt, I think that was deliberate.

Plus the question who handles in the box on purpose..... Suarez! The world cup or euros was it where he got sent off for practically scooping the ball away like a keeper?

Who deliberately handles the ball in the penalty area?

That said, it doesn't matter....still a penalty x 2. Atkinson's a cunt.

i'm amazed that someone hasn't lamped the bloke with the microphone for asking such stupid questions during an interview. It's worth bearing in mind that after you've run yer arse off during a game it's difficult to think straight at the best of times.

Questions such as ' how important was winning today?' or 'what does your contribution (after scoring a hat trick) mean to you?' just defy belief.

>>> This still wasn't a 2 bob Liverpool team.

No, but it was a Liverpool matchday squad with a bunch of inexperienced younger players and reserves. It's probably a bit of a reality check about where we are in terms of depth of squad and youth ranks.

This still wasn't a 2 bob Liverpool team.

Mignolet, Clyne, Caulker, Lovren, Allen and Benteke have all played plenty of PL games. They had a couple of useful kids out there also.

We were missing Carrol, Noble, Adrian, Sakho, Lanzini and Tomkins and Kouyate went off injured early on.

In other seasons we would have crumbled.

Now we have another game under the lights in the final season at the Boleyn.

What's not to like?

Agree about the Owen comments, but McMannaman made me chuckle over the penalty we almost conceded, where I think Reid was tugging on someone's shirt and in 99% of cases would have been a penalty, and said it was never a penalty.

First time I've ever heard a Liverpool player past or present, side with us.

Michael Owen is a mercenary, biased scouse cunt. BT sport has a good show, but quite why they insist on having Owen, Macmanaman (is that it's spelt? - who the fuck cares) & Gerrard is beyond me. The nasal, whining voices are just irritating.

All they need is that other screeching cunt Garragher and they've got a complete Liverpool love in.

Must say I like Klopp and admire his frank speaking, but you start to get the impression he's getting pissed off by the ridiculous questions posed by the post match interviewers .

Still, fuck 'em - Cunts.
