Right players minus Arnie, wrong formation. Zabby is a centre back now and offers nothing as a full back. Play 3-5-2 and we will play better. Hernandez plays much better up front with a partner. Bilic is to blame.

Agreed. I think whole defence has pulled their socks up and starting to look solid and organised.
Good thing is now against Brighton Slav has no choice to pick Sakho and Hernandez which should've been, for me, his starters against Burnley using Carroll as an impact player.

Carroll was stupid, yes he seems to get dug out by refs but to give the ref a decision to make twice in 99 seconds was ridiculous. Fancied us to win the game if we kept 11 on the pitch.
Was nice to see Slav pick an attacking line-up and the midfield looked a threat going forward. Not sure why he took Chicarito off thought his hold up play was excellent and worth keeping him on to allow the defence to get up once the ball was cleared.
Bit gutting to concede so late but isnt a bad point if we beat Brighton friday.
Last point is for Fonte.....slagged him off on here constantly last season but last 4 or 5 games he has been very solid and a vast improvement.

Agreed. Arnie costs less would be the "driver" behind Sullivan's prioritisation :-(
West Ham is a vanity project for him it seems. Cannot and/or will not invest enough ever to go to the "next level".

Still don't understand where exactly Ayew or Armautovic are meant to fit into the side. If either could do a similar job to Antonio on the left then that would be something. Clearly they can't.
Doesn't young Holland play on the left, worth a punt against Brighton

Prioritising Arnautovic over Carvalho was yet another poor decision. An argument can be made that we don't even need him given his contribution so far and that we already had one or two who can play in his position already.

After Carroll was booked, it was obvious due to the constant long balls fired up to him that it was only a matter of time until he got booked again.
Billic should have substituted him after the first yellow. Poor management again costing us.
Bright side is that we started to play some really attractive football instead of the 80's throwback shite.

It's true that we have been better with Carroll in the side the last year or so, but in that period Sakho wasn't available and we never had Hernandez, but now we do. So Carroll's replacements were shite,Isn't that pretty fucking obvious?
Carroll as been shit this season, and now this yesterday. Bilic seemed to be the only one who would have played Carroll instead of Sakho yesterday. Why? Because he's fucking obsessed with him.
Carroll and Bilic both need to fuck off, and take Noble too.
