What a great performance. Faubert was brilliant
|

As was Noble.
Thought the sending off was a little harsh considering the game and the timing, but we got our own back with the foul on the keeper (thanks JF)
Great scenes on the bench at the end.
Brilliant game against alot of adversity. Who says our boys don't want it eh?
PS Vaz Te's hair is glorious.

Erm, excuse moi for a momento.
I don't care about how he played under past managers, I'm only interested in the current. And BFS seems to be getting the best out of him. Julien is playing a monumental role in our promotion push and is bordering on legend status.
You heathens.

|Watching from high up and Alpari West Stand I thought Faubert was our best player, though Winston Reid and Mark Noble also played well.
Faye played an absolute blinder. Niether full back had their best day and Collison was in and out of the game
Cole did what he does best with the goal and held the ball up superbly ..
Above it highlighted one simple fact... Nolan contributes nothing to our cause what so ever... We did not miss him after the sending off, in fact we played a lot better without him on the pitch.

Played in midfield which is a position he plays well in more often than not. On saturday with the extra pressure the sending off put on him he did very very well.
I find it a shame that because people on here have posted in the past how much they dislike him that they fail to acknowledge the glaring truth. In fact its more pathetic than not acknowledging it, they go out of their way to dismiss it.

Ffs! Flaubert and brilliant do not go together in any way! They were very poor and tbh we were not much better and that team in the premiership would get slaughtered by the big guns of Wigan,Wolves and Bolton FACT.

Yeah, in context, he wasn't even man of the match, and didn't score, against one of the worst teams in The Championship.
However, my biggest problem with him is him getting involved and making things happen - looking like he wants to score, which he did. He did loads of running as well. Fingers crossed he can keep it up. At least until his contract runs out at the end of the season?

Texas is right, everyone is having a wank fest because a 7 million pound player has finally put in a good performance after 4 years. Embarrassing to say the least.

Ha, ha - I said he had his best game ever IMO, I don't have a problem with that in the slightest.
If Cole and Faubert could produce that sort of performance every week, we'd all go home happy.
I'm looking forward to Saturday already, let's see if Julien can treat us all again?

Faubert is worth his place as he tries so hard but is utterly shit in my opinion.
