bob, if it's so clear cut, why do you think he hasn't been charged, and forget any nonsense about a complaint not being made given the Society of Black Lawyers requested the CPS charge him.

Bob
A negro is what he is and is not an offensive term.

i thought he admitted calling him a negro or whatever

Player should be banned from the game for NOT shaking hands with a opposition player
Player should NOT be banned from the game for attempting to maim a opposition player (keane against Haalalnd)
Player should NOT be banned from the game for two footing the crowd (Cantona v Palace)
He should get his own club in order with half of them clapped up to the eye balls with all the dodgy women they have been knocking off.... all very virtous.... you mad old fool Fergie

Understood it was a KKK mask attached to the back of the fanzine with 'Luis Suarez is innocent' on it. Also some t-shirts referring to 'Klanfield' were seized.

CTP. I am assuming that your tongue is in your cheek.
The point is if it was a KKK poster than was inciting hatred then there may be a point. But this was clearly a bit of lampooning against racism. Maybe it wasn't particularly funny or clever and maybe its prime target was anti Liverpool rather than anti-racism but to ban was pure knee-jerk madness.
Fascists!

Mon I am surprised that you don't realise that anything showing the KKK, as this fanzine did, is inciting racial hatred and is illegal.

Interested to read about Plod seizing and banning the MU fanzine because of the KKK cover. Plod in failing to recognise satire.

Fair play to Dalglish, even if his statement was decided upon and written by someone else at Liverpool.

sam allardyce 8:49 Sun Feb 12 Agreed...
Evra should have been red carded at least for his inciting celebration next to Suarez yesterday,..
And if Suarez is penalised for not shaking Suarez' hand...so too should Ferdinand...
Suarez got stitched up by heavy handed FA...

Bob, Suarez hasn't been charged because the police and the cps know that the evidence against him is non-existent, not only is he innocent of the crime of racial abuse, they've decided there's not even a case to answer. That doesn't suit KIA though so he's made up a story about them only being able to pursue someone if a complaint's been made against them. The FA kangaroo court was a farce.

i think it was because he insulted him in a language that not many of the fans, or indeed players, know.

Mancini too cautious?
Things you learn on here. They absolutely dominated the game from start to finish.
