As i'm in an argumentative mood, I'm going to pick your post apart.

Follow the trend, say what people want to hear. The knowledge you have on Fottball and especially West Ham is laughable.

Can you supply a list of the games you have visited over the past 3 seasons?

You try and spout knowledge on housing when you are an Estate Agent. You dont have a clue on much really.
If that was the case, I'd be out of a job, not had 5 pay rises in the last 4 years as well as 3 promotions, and won awards for being a "Top performer".
Anyone over 25 in that 'industry' needs to be shot.
Take out half of the industry, as well as a lot of the big companies then! *thumbs up*
Now lick certain posters bottom's a little more as it really is comical.
