Interview with WHU and Eng U18 - help needed

As you know I try to follow the academy teams as much as possible and have said i'll try to get some interviews now and then - While i'm off School ill I thought i'd make the most of my free time.
I hope to be conducting an interview with Academy star and England U18 striker Blair Turgott but i need your help.
I made a deal that if i got him to 4000 followers on Twitter by the end of today then he would let me interview him for this site. He is currently 3985 so it shouldn't be too difficult.
So please follow @blairturgott as soon as you can and Tweet him that @willisjamieson told you to follow him.
If successful I'll do the interview and post up in the next few weeks.

I suspect you might not see him play any more academy games now for the rest of the season as most if not all the 2nd yr scholars have been pushed up to play in the development squad with Ian Hendon.
The U18's will be mostly 1st ys scholars and U16's (next yrs crop of 1st yrs).
Ian Hendon talks about it in his summary of Wednesdays game V's Colchester Reserves on the OS.

The reputation of the academy is one of the best in the country - are there areas of training within it, that you suspect don't go on at other places, what do you think it is, that gives West Ham's youth set up a bit of an edge...

He didn't say that.
It was just my way of asking for an interview. He would have said yes anyway I think, he is nice.

Sounds like a twat if he really did say he'd only do an interview if you got him an extra 15 followers on Twitter.

YR Question - At what age did he get picked up by West Ham? Was there any other teams interested in him, and if so what made him chose us.

Interview will take place next Saturday after the Academy match.

Ask him why he thinks so many promising youth players don't make it in the big time and how he intends to avoid being another one.

ask him whether in hindsight if they'd celebrated with a booby moore handshake as opposed to the 30 second melee after our third goal last week, they might still be in the cup.

Up to 4011 followers now so again thank you all very much.
Interview will take place next month after on of the U18's home games.
I will prepare some questions in the meantime but am happy to take ideas from others if there is anything in particular you would like asked about him personally or the academy.

You are doing a fantastic job for someone so young and I certainly appreciate your efforts but sadly I am an IT Luddite and do not have Facebook or Twitter but hope those that have give you thos final votes you need.
