Folks,
It's been brought to our attention that later parts of the David Sullivan interview (section 3 onwards I believe) now contain the following restriction :

I have subsequently contacted Mr Dale as an act of good faith and he has requested that the offending items be removed, which I have now done.
We would ask you to respect Mr Dale's wishes.
I know that when decisions such as this are taken it upsets some posters. Whilst we understand your frustration, we would thank you keep your discussions or opinions about Mr Dale's decision off of WHO. If you wish to complain about this course of action or petition Mr Dale to change his mind, please contact him directly via HIS site as we would rather not be responsible for those comments.
