Something wrong with this country!

I'm on my bus on the way to work and a teenager sits behind me and starts playing he's music for the public to consume. To paint you a picture he's one of these wannabe gangster types who talks like a mug and acts like one too.
Anyway on my life I turned around and asked politely if he could turn it down and I get a volley of abuse back. I apparently shouldn't talk to him (bruv) and that I think I'm a big man! I'm a little on the porky side granted but I get the impression he wasn't talking about my weight! He also starts banging on about not being a big man with "something metal sticking in me, innit." At which point 'Bruv' puts his hands in his pocket which causes me to react by grabbing his hands and start trying to search him. A couple of people on the bus had a pop at me telling him to leave him alone, but A) I have a short temper. B) Gangster boy's threatened to stab me!
Apparently he's onto his mates so for now I'll have to keep my eyes open and my wits about me, but if in the near future I undergo unwanted knife surgery I may have a spare for Leeds if caught by this lad and his Penge mob!

In fairness, the chap playing his music aloud isn't actually doing anything wrong.
Instead of asking him to turn it off, you could have asked him to turn it down.
I won't lie, I find it baffling why people get so angry at others listening to their music out loud.

I'm guessing he was white as he 'talked like a mug' which usually indicates he is white pretending to be black.
I would use the name commonly associated with this but i think it might get me in trouble.

I also find the thread titles are very Daily Mail sensationalised headline material.
One incident and the country has gone to the dogs. You only have to look at the Tesco thread the other day.
These sort of people are an annoyance at most, get over it.
