Currently sat waiting on the WHU customer service line, which is (as I'm sure you all know) is unbelievably slow - is there only one person manning the phones?
Anyway rather than waste another minute and another 10p, I thought I'd ask you fine people.
I'm taking my old man and uncle to the Middlesbrough game as a treat as neither have been to the Boleyn for nearly 20 years. They're both over 65 and was going to get the over 65 tickets and save accordingly but do they need to bring any ID to the game to prove they're over 65?
