CONTROVERSIAL singer Morrissey's band stoked up the Falklands row at a gig in Argentina by wearing T-shirts with the slogan "We hate William and Kate".
Morrissey, 52, told 15,000 fans in Buenos
Aires about the disputed islands: "We all know the Malvinas are Argentina's."
The ex-Smiths frontman, performing next to an Argentine flag, said they should not blame British people, adding: "Governments never listen to the people, to their pain."

He is a bit of a prick but he's allowed an opinion. I mean, it was good timing that he brought up the Argie thing just before he played in Argentina. Not bad PR on his part.
But people getting annoyed about Morrisey being contraversial is like getting annoyed at Wenger not seeing one of his players karate kick an opponent in the face. It's just one of life's things.
Funnily enough, I'm working late tonight and have The Smiths on now.

To be fair Morrissey opening his mouth and talking shit is a bit of a non shocker.
Johnny Marr may have been a half decent tunesmith on the geetar, but Morrissey's voice and musings have NEVER been anything less than excruciatingly embarrassing.
