No, but the more games you attend, the more you see the players actually play and get a much better perspective of how they are performing.
There are people on here who don't go to games (by their own admission) yet have absolute and definitive answers on the players performances.
It's completely illogical, how the fuck would someone who doesn't go to any games know how the players are performing?
