mate, avram did many things. some want him to be shot so that they cleanse them selves for allowing the abuse of our club by the jew lizard to last so long. however, the season of avram was not boring.

Pardew's West Ham United sides of 03/04 and 04/05 were hardly exciting sides to watch... But because we had a thoroughly enjoyable 05/06 season, which so nearly ended in our first trophy in over two decades, all of that is forgotten...

I have been going since 1958, and this is not the worst team I have seen. Tactics are wrong, no confidence, and feel training is more physical, than improving skills and team passing, and pressing.
Fans know our weakness, Lack of skill or guile, and changing to reflect how match is going. You must always have a goalscore, like Southampton, etc.
Sam likes the kick and pressure tactics, nothing else.

For me personally I've not bothered going since Watford and away tickets I'm trying to flog and a season ticket collecting dust.
The style of football that we produce goes against every reason I watch football. I'm not expecting us to play Barcelona football every week or even replicate Arsenal, but if teams like Reading, Blackpool, Swansea and Southampton can play attractive football and get results then why can't we?

Observation from Tuesday. There wasn’t much going on (which was most of the game) but as the camera panned along the director’s box, just caught the expression of the woman next to Gold. Assume it was football related but she was sitting forward and looked annoyed as if to say what kind of shit is this.
From the kick off, there was nothing from the players to get the fans excited. A tempo wasn’t there when it should have been as if to say let’s be cautious at first. That’s Sam all over and is 1 dimensional.
Not only is this the worst football I have seen our team play, its also the worst negative attitude they go out there with. Nothing to do with playing with fear at Upton Park. How do Man U players hold their nerve in front of 75k.
Unless things change, its play offs at best then we will lose the semi.

West Ham mentioned on Football Weekly Extra podcast today - "I went to see Sam Allardyce's West Ham on Tuesday, and I never want to see them again... putrid... just long balls at Carlton Cole and see what happens all night... don't want to see them in the Premiership, they're awful."
Hard to disagree too much.

Thought the first 3 games Cardiff , Leeds and Portsmouth we played decent footbal yet looked light weight at the back .
Blackpool , Millwall and the First half v Southampton we played some good stuff , probably better than the shit the previous 3 years .
Yet since Southamton the last 3 games have been nutritional and dull . Some performances have been good some have been bad but probably the highest have been ugly.

as has been said, the most frustrating thing is that the way we are playing is intentional. And it,s not like twinkle has taken over a struggling team, leaking goals and sorted that out and then slowly introduced more expansive football. There's no excuse to not get promoted with the squad and funds he's had available to him - none at all.
In terms of the quality of football, the difference is that we never show any invention or creativity now. Even last year there were times we were doing really well before blowing it (like the difference between the first and second halves in both legs of the cup semis) it,s just grant could not get us to defend any sort of lead.
I still think we'll go up, but g&s need to seriously look at whether this brand of football is how they want the club to go forward after that.
