• All of West Ham United's 5,000 tickets for this match have been sold. No tickets remain.
• Peterborough United head into Tuesday evening's game in 18th place having been beaten 1-0 at Barnsley on Saturday. Despite beating Reading 3-1 at home last Tuesday, Peterborough have lost four of their last six games.

TEAM NEWS

PETERBOROUGH

• Grant McCann is a doubt for the hosts after coming off with a calf injury during Saturday's draw with Barnsley. If he does not make the game, it will be the first time manager Darren Ferguson has not named the same starting XI in five matches.

WEST HAM

• Ricardo Vaz Te and Julien Faubert have both recovered from their hamstring injuries and could be in contention for Tuesday evening. Abdoulaye Faye is in training after missing Saturday's game with a knee injury but it remains to be seen whether he will be ready for Tuesday night.
• Further good news is that Guy Demel, Winston Reid and Papa Bouba Diop are all back in full training, but it is expected they will not be ready to feature against Peterborough.

SKY BET

• PETERBOROUGH 9/4
• Draw 12/5
• WEST HAM EVENS

REFEREE

• The Referee for Tuesday evening's game is Mr. Christopher Sarginson.

WEATHER

• The weather forecast is for a sunny evening in Peterborough with temperatures peaking at 14C.

Looking forward to reading Vinny's report to see what he made of Gary O'Neil.

A couple of weeks ago he called him 'a nothing player'. I reckon in a couple of weeks he'll be saying something like 'O'Neil has to start every game until the end of the season as he's our best player'. And he'll think that people don't notice how often he changes his mind about players based on 2 or 3 performances.

Just watched the highlights... didn't realise how good Nolan's flick was that hit the bar. Would have been goal of the season!

i missed the game because of being thrown around a dojo but heard we tried passing the ball rather than lumping it. what's the truth?

There's a few posters who were keen to dish out the criticism when it was 0-0, but then it looks like they completely refused to post anything after we scored the first goal.

Bizarre.

I thought Gary O'Neil had a cracking game in the middle, much more effective than Lansbury or Collision.

Excellent summary.

And not even the merest hint of a one-paced midfield;-)

Being the massive fan that I am I left (my radio commentary) to go to the cinema at half time. Great to come back to a win and by the sounds of it a much improved second half.

Cracking second half performance and the support all game was top drawer. Difference terracing makes is enormous, though my old legs are fucked now. Not worth a Wank if we don't put in a similar performance on Saturday though.

Fuck me it's quiet on this site when we win! Really does make you wonder what motivates some fans.

Correct!

And it wasn't just aimless possession either - we were getting down both flanks and getting forward and back in numbers to make it work.

Defo saw the difference with Vaz and Julien on - a bit of pace is good to watch and tires the opposition too.

Still a good few wasted balls into the crowd / out of play from great positions, with O'Neill, Joey and Julien being the main culprits - if you are paid to play football for a living there is no excuse for so many misplaced crosses imo, BUT all in all it was a damn good night out for Hammers fans.

And our support was fucking brilliant as ever.

110% correct Sir Alf 10:14 Tue Mar 27

It is what it is mores the pity, but even if we do go up...what would be the point of binning Fat Sam on yet another maybe, consolidate…then build.

Its such a simple fucking game really…pity many fuck it up so much, Fat Sam included.

Thanks for the small insight jacksopa, and well done on taking the trip mate.

Sir Alf...

So I missed the game and just got home, I hear we passed on the floor. So seeing as we had 18 attempts on goal vs regularly getting only 8 a game does this now show the hoof and hope football doesn't work?

I see Cole still didn't get a goal, but did he play well and deserve his regular place?
