Just got up. Smoked salmon with an onion bagel, cream cheese, red onions and capers. Then a large Bloody Caesar with celery salt on the rim. Finally a bit of the kid's easter egg that I started last night when slightly the worse.

Sorry bit late here - lovely day been doing the garden for 2-3 hours - no breekie as yet - trying to sort out a vegetarian diet but still undecided about veggie breakfasts other than fruit - any tips greatly appreciated - any way Jacket Potatoes and salad for lunch and then a nice long walk up and down Southend Pier 3 pmish .

I think I will go for a couple of poached eggs on ham & toast today.
I'm going to do a prawn salad for lunch, i've piled on the pounds recently and need to watch my weight.

Bacon toastie washed down with the usual espresso intenso.
Im glad i was a little drunk already at 3.40 yesterday otherwise that cat would have ended up over next doors !
Not sure about the rest of you but im not surprised about our result yesterday one bit.

Morning all
Big day today as my sons team entertain a team I managed for 5 years this morning so looking forward to seeing some of the boys and parents
Pre match nerves starting to kick in so cant see much passingu lips till after the game
Kids have demanded that I tale them pizza hut this afternoon for lunch so ill be eat that vile circular shit later

Morning Ted and all...absolutely gutted here too,played 9 holes yesterday as i could not watch or listen to the match,my daughter was keeping me updated on our woe`s....me thinks we are not really that good,after all. .

That pretty much sums it up here too Ted although am managing to struggle through a good fry up as im heading off for a good days racing in Limerick. It is amazing what this club does to you, woke up this morning with a sick feeling in the pit of my stomach as if I had been mugged yesterday. Anyway onwards and upwards , dreams, fade , die etc
