Players never replaced

Who for you have been the main players that haven't been replaced? As said many times before we lacked creativity for a long time before Bennyoun arrived and with lacked it since he left.
Surely the managers can see we are clueless and run out of ideas in the final third?

I agree Reo Coker was good for us but didn't he get replaced with Parker?

We've tumbled down the League since Carlton Cole went from 4th choice striker to 1st choice striker...is another way of putting that?

you could argue that we never replaced the loan ilunga who was so immense in his first season, or his non-identical disappearing twin schemmel on the right. The turnover of players since 2003 has been pretty ridiculous and yet we still have constantly lacked pace up front, skill and creativity in the midfield and any sort of organisation and leadership at the back the whole time.

Amen to that brother - plus selling Rio and replacing him with a load of shit was almost as poor.

Chigwell, it happened long before that. It started when we sold Vic Watson to Southampton.

The rot set in in 1970 when we sold Peters to Spurs and got Greaves (plus cash) in return.

Parker Ashton Ethrington Benyoun Defoe Behrami
And people won't like this but...........reo-coker, was a very very good midfielder for us, box to box and could play a bit too. We have really lacked energy like that.

I'm still sore that Charlie Dove wasn't replaced in the Thames Ironworks side by Segar Bastard.

I can remember when Tim Breaker left we didnt bring in a proper right back and used people like Lomas at times. I would say we STILL havent had a proper right back in all that time since.
More lately we have lacked: a player who can finish a player who can pass a player who can cross a ball a player who can take a freekick a player who can run with the ball a player with pace & a player who can keep his head in an important game and perform
