What I don't understand is how a country that doesn't contain the Sahara desert can ever have a hosepipe ban.
Also, is Chalkie in a permanent state of rage about everything?

What I don't understand is that Anglian Water,which supplies Norfolk has a hose-pipe ban,but Essex and Suffolk Water doesn't.( not that I am complaining,just curious.)
