Last night result means we are now guaranteed a playoff place. Not much of a consolation.

What's the collective noun for Surrender Monkies? Whatever it is, WHO has been over-run by one....AGAIN! Just like during the run in to the great escape.

It really is the worst game to lose. Financially it will be crippling, and the thought of another long season in the Chumpionship, and selling our best players, and with Carlton playing as a lone striker again fills me with dread. I'm with 1964, fucking nightmare scenario!

Re: BOLLOCKS
Ron, yeah, we got dead lucky in a fair few games - including Brighton away!

The worst one though must've been Coventry away.

I actually left the ground feeling both bemused and embarrassed about how the fuck that we managed to win that game playing so fucking awful.

Must've been a hard one to take on the chin for Coventry's fans, that one...

Dicksie - having read your post here you have probably made Pringle think he got a result getting nicked pre game and missing it .

Leigh Jim

Yeah sorry - just the way I feel. We've fucked up good and proper that it doesn't bode well for the Play offs.

When we lost last time my daughter was unconsolable. Can't be arsed with that again.

But we live in hope!
