Bobby Moore Upper Incident

Have seen it mentioned by someone on KUMB but was wondering if anyone saw the bloke in the Bobby Moore Upper kick off on the old couple during the Birmingham match, and in particular knew what caused him to react in such a way.
Whatever it was did not merit such a cowardly abuse of a couple that old, especially the threatening behaviour and near-enough violence. A number of kids around him were scared, including his own two.
The bloke is a cunt whatever, hope he gets banned for a long time.
