London University may become the first in the country to ban alcohol

Slowly slowly our society is bieng changed to keep a certain "minority" happy.
Over all the years of intergration by different minorities have we had to change our culture and traditions like we do for this "one" minority. The university would be better off spending their time and resources getting the levels of education up to a decent standard.
Currently they sit at 115 of 116 in the Uni league tables. Says a lot about the students and lecturers they are trying to appease and keep happy.

Smoking in the commons bar in Brussels and Westminster

is fully permitted, I may have overlooked some crayzee countries like Turkey and the like that would kill before laying down their freedoms to another power...then again they are/were desperate to get into the EU.
So like their Greek neighbours...arses out then...

You are aware the only places in Europe that you can freely smoke and drink under the roof are in the bars in the Brussels & Westminster Parliament .
Michael Jackson and other rich famous stars are ['were' in Mickey's case] legal heroin addicts, amongst other habits.
The elites will and can do what they want.
Laws are for the little people.

There's no way the ruling class of this country will make any serious attempt to prohibit alcohol. They're too fond of their claret.
They'll probably put a minimum price on cheap shit, though. Which would probably be a good idea. We need to raise some money.

Drinking will soon be subject to the same social manipulation that smoking is currently under.
Enjoy your freedom from tolerant intolerance while you can...
Drinking is far more harmful than any other drug available(perhaps slightly safer than Krocodil), it damages the brain, reduces the spirit, poisons the body though helps man cope with the ills and drudgery life can sometimes throw at you.
I'd say it's mandatory in managing coping with watching West Ham.

There are drunks...but not full of drunks.. also many other reasons besides drinking. In fact the Royal london A+E probaly has the least amount.Due to majority of local population not drinking. Bit of a smokescreen to bolster your arguement me thinks.

walk into the A & E after 12am any night at the Royal London Hospital, Whitechapel and see what the nurses have to put up with. don't listen to me - listen to doctors and nurses who have to put up these happy go lucky students and city boys. some restrictions on anti social behaviour would be a good thing - whether it be in tower hamlets or newcastle.
if you read my posts, you will see that i am consistent with my argument that no minority should dictate to the host majority.
