Absolute cunt of a player, constantly fouling Cole all game, and then belting Carew one in the head as he dragged him down late on, escaped without a card. Absolute rotter.

There's hardly been a game this season where we haven't had appallingly bad decisions go against us
Just off the top of my head:-
The 3-3 home draw with Birmingham we should have had 2 other penalties in the 2nd half for blatent fouls on Lansbury & Cole
respectively
The home draw with Southampton we should have had 2 penalties in the 1st half (handball twice) once on the goal line which should have resulted in a sending off

good spot lads. in the pantheon of crap refs ive seen over the last 40 years at all levels..this chump has just entered into the top five.
truly breathtaking consistent poor and wrong decisions.
second half, noble/nolan harry and pick the bin players pocket...away we go..no, ref has spotted a foul..fukin bollox..didnt even touch him
three minutes later...bloke ruins cole from behind(!)_ and he does nowt...and even does the "he got the ball" stuff

I also compared Cole to WC2006 Crouch today - whatever he did was automatically a foul. The ref had decided before the match.
The clapping was begging for a red card - it was stupid and he frankly deserved to go. Can't remember whether the original foul was worthy of a yellow, but that's no excuse.
The worst was when someone went straight through him two-footed - it was easily a red card, yet needless to say it wasn't even a free kick. Madness.
Can't remember when but the ref played a brilliant second half advantage. A typically bizarre referee performance.

However, the ref gave him nothing all game and in fact gave some extraordinary decisions against him. No wonder Cole had the hump...

I actually winced at that challenge. I was dumbfounded to see it didn't warrant a card.
Referee East woudn't have given Cole the shit from under his fingernails today....
