1) Trigger from Only fools and Horses,

2) Flip from this is England 86, this character wasn’t even from a comedy but is as funny as fuck, “Fuck off with your ginger chips”
3) Lord Flashheart from Blackadder,
“No, not in half an hour you rubber desk-johnny! Send the bitch with the wheels right now or I'll fly back home and give your wife something to hang her towels on!”

If you can include films then Spike Milligan's cameo in Life of Brian takes some beating, doesn't say much, yet still steals the scene.

True. There are a few characters mentioned on here that were/are more than bit parts.
Some are in virtually every episode of whichever series they are from.

Bit harsh to call Omar a bit part, he was pretty central throughout the show. Best character in the whole series too.

Trigger and Flasheart I agree with.
Way back in the eighties the late Andy Kaufmann played the bit part of Latka Grivas in the USA comedy set in NY called Taxi. DeVito was the lead with Judd Hirsch but the bit parts played by Kaufmann and Christopher Lloyd [ Rev. Jim ] were a hoot.

Just thought of Jamie from The Thick of It - his outbursts almost made Tucker's appear polite!

Dave from FOTC is a great shout:
Dave: That is super sensitive. I mean, that reminds me of when I saw a puppy being born. I mean, just to see it's little head just coming out of that dog's pussy... what an incredible moment, man. Beautiful.
Dave: I don't know how you guys do things in Europe... Bret, Jemaine: New Zealand. Dave: Yeah, probably. But in America, if you want to spend some time with the ladies, you've got to show them some sausage.

Agree with Lord Flashart "she's got a tongue like an electric eel and she likes the taste of a mans tonsils"
And Bebe from Frasier was fantatsic.
