Re: The Durham Bumper Stats Thread
As a number have said he could do a job for us, coming on off the bench with 15 to go if need be.
He will be more valuable to us this way both in holding some sort of value if he can score a few goals, and should be less prone to injury with less playing time.
If he proves to be some sort of super sub with a good goal tally then may be reason to keep him.

If he didn't have his bad injuries he would have been a good player for us. Unfortunately he looks finished now, and it's time to try get rid.

Re: The Durham Bumper Stats Thread
Day 1 was the home against Fulham where he won everything , was athletic and scared them to death in a 3-0 win.
Before going off injured

He just doesn't had that athleticism or power any more.
At the moment he looks in aerial prowess and touch like a WHITE CARLTON COLE.
It's like Dean Ashton and his fused ankle all over again.

Today Andy carrol is the same player he was when he joined us,not very good! A lot of people couldn't see it though and thought he was actually a good footballer.gullible mugs.

Re: The Durham Bumper Stats Thread
As I said yesterday he looks a shadow of the player he has been previously even allowing for the fact he is only a few games back.
At the moment in my opinion the only question is whether we jettison him in January or at the end of the season.
Sad to say.

Re: The Durham Bumper Stats Thread
He looks like Cole after his first injury and even less mobile than before

Or like Ashton after his first injury

Completely lost his sharpness

I don't think he'll ever get it back neither
