Is that why you have teenagers zipping round on mopeds stabbing people for phones, watches and laptops?

They must be doing it out of love and unity then.

Surf.

If Gav paid under a fiver for a coffee, he'd consider himself a failure in life. And it wouldn't be anything as basic as a skinny latte. Nothing less than a de-caff, organic, fair trade, artisan, elk's milk, extra skinny, beans-crushed-on-the-thighs-of-Bolivian-virgins craft coffee sold out of biodegradable cups made from recycled first edition copies of Das Kapital would do for our precious urban dandy.

If they are the only districts in which your budget allows you to live, gavvy, I'm not surprised you don't have a better view.

All probably trump Tower Hamlets, Barking, much of Old Bow though.

People who claim Essex is monotonous & boring have clearly never been north of the C2C/A13, and if they gave it a go once, the A12/A127 scared them back to mummy.

If you don't want to see beauty in something YOU won't ever see it. Not OUR loss, don't try to parade it as such.

DM, Selmayr is a very dangerous man for Europe. Look who supports him and promoted him.

His old boss was at least honest about his aims.

London has become a shit hole with pockets of niceness.

Had a nice flat overlooking Tower Bridge, then moved to the burbs a number of years back. London served its purpose but like many I guess, my priorities changed.

If you like it Gav, good luck to you.

Germany trying to lock us out of Galileo. France, Spain and a number of other countries don’t like that stance, but ze Germans are ignoring their pleas. I thought Merkel was half decent and saw the sense of practical BREXIT. Clearly she’s weaker than expected and now finished as a voice of reason in BREXIT negotiation.

Negotiations in good spirit now? My arse.

Fortunately Martin Selmayr is the driving force. Having been dubiously ‘elected’ and an enquiry brushed away, he’s a one man poster boy for Brexit. So hopefully we’ll see and hear more of him in the weeks and months ahead.

Thanks Gavros, I live in a 5 bedroom house near Cambridge close to the borders of Hertfordshire and Suffolk. I can get to London easily and access the attractions.

If I sold my house here, I could probably buy a 2 bed flat in a half decent area in London. No thanks.

My kids are safer here and get an excellent education and we are surrounded by beautiful countryside and there are great schools, a sense of community and a decent standard of living that you probably are not aware of.

Move to London.

It's wonderful here. Everyone is rich now and we don't have time anymore for the politics of envy.

Lot less paki bashing than Essex too.
