Swiss.

The depth of your stupidity is bottomless. On Nov 30th you post an article that was firstvaired on Aug 27 and even then it was bollox. You claim that this kind of wizardry allows you to 'mug off' Brexiteers.

You really are the gift that keeps on giving.

100's of thousands mate
In this case tonnes not pence
Need a lot of spuds to make 10m bags of crisps a day

Granted, a clumsy effort though

All well thanks Fo and trust you and yours are likewise

Well I ought to know a little about it, Walkers were a huge account of mine - their production facility and the logistics, both up and down stream are staggering, just in time on speed from what they claim to be the largest crisp factory on the planet
They make over 10m bags of the buggers each DAY, shifting them involves moving mainly air whilst the six figures of tonnes of potatoes arrive in what are effectively mobile swimming pools

Anyway, enough of crisp logistics from me, and trusting that they get their digits out on your Munch of choice

We can expect more of this shortages crap. This is the time of year that supermarkets destock many items in order to fill them with Christmas tat.

That practice, probably fifty years old, will result in Brexit being blamed for the lack of pickled walnuts, kaffir leaves, etc.

Fo

Hiya mate
I can assist in your Brexit enquiry vis a vis Monster Munch

Walkers Crisps updated their IT system and they fucked it up, to use a trade term, hence the absence of your favourite salty savouries, along with grab bags of all persuasion

Walkers, owned by PepsiCo, own the Monster Munch
brand and Smiths Crisps for that matter

Oh as for spices, try Waitrose, schoolboy error sire

No idea whether its Brexit related or not but I can't currently get my hands on beef Monster Munch for love nor money.
The spices aisle in Sainsbos has also been very hit and miss for weeks now too. No ground coriander or fresh Kaffir lime leaves in sight on Saturday and not for the first time recently.

Thanks for listening.

That report: dated 27th August? 27th August. Over 3 months ago.

Your news sources are that up to date, eh?

Published by City A.M. - an organ more pro-EU than the BBC if I remember.

Your "proof" that the empty shelves are all down to Brexit when, to quote from the report you are using in your defence:

"Road haulage chiefs have calculated there is a shortfall of nearly 100,000 drivers, partly triggered by thousands of EU drivers leaving the UK during the pandemic.", and,

We are very short of drivers, its a combination of many EU drivers having decided to go home and also the ageing age profile,

So a grudging admission that Covid pandemic and an ageing local workforce might be playing a part in these continuing shortages.

Headline is all Brexit, though.

Fuck all about the industry wanting the driver slave trade up and running again, which is their sole agenda.

That Custard Cream shortage in Molenbeck must be addling what's left of what once passed for your brain.
