not everyone needs to get pissed everyday to feel worth something, Pickle.
You should try staying sober and see how you feel.

Debs.

Think I'd be inclined to knock a neighbours door myself if i thought a bird was getting lamped. Just think of the damage that a bloke (or woman) could ddo to a victim during the time it'd take for plod to get to the scene.

Re: EU Referendum 23rd June 2016 declares Cameron
O1BB what i am.saying is the neighbours won't necessarily know that in all cases, they might in some and in others not. If i genuinely thought someone was being hurt in my block i would call. if that makes me a crap.neighbour then whatever.

Re: EU Referendum 23rd June 2016 declares Cameron
Not being funny, the neighbour only rung the OB purely because they knew it was Boris Johnson.

Only other reason is that you're a nosy cunt like Debs who gets scared of couples having a argument.

Debs.

Tricky arguement. Are you saying that plod should rock up every time a woman shouts at a bloke? Or is it just the 'get off me' kind of stuff?

What i mean is a lot of blokes wouldnt have to restrain a bird to hurt them, one punch she didnt see coming would do plenty of damage. I see what Bolt is saying here, are raised voices justification for a police presence on the scene? Not so sure meself.

I abhor domestic violence/ abuse etc btw.

A but hard for neighbours not to hear if you are screaming with the windows open. Hence in the case of Boris and his Doris more than one neighbour piped up.

Re: EU Referendum 23rd June 2016 declares Cameron
The police attending the flat based on.a neighbour calling, who is known not to like one of the inhabitants, is a waste of police time. This sort of thing happens donstantly, especially where kids are involved. I worked in Children's social services for 3 years, and the number of calls we received because people had heard a domestic was huge. These calls could be simply because one neighbour didn't like another. Then it's up to the duty manager to decide whether or not it's worth following up on. But of course for the one genuine call in a 100 where tragically a child was being abused, then the person who made the phone call takes delight in telling the press 'I did tell social services', conveniently forgetting the numerous other phone calls he/she made which were simply to cause a neighbour trouble. And I bring kids into this discussion, as this whole Boris story completely overshadowed the 44 arrests made in Bradford last Friday relating to child sex abuse.
