"The prorogation was void and of no effect," Lady Hale says. "Parliament has not been prorogued."

Maybe they should take it to the European court of justice for appeal?

SC upholds parliamentary sovereignty and executive accountability in the context of PM's prorogation. It rules this was not a normal prorogation, preventing parliament from exercising its sovereign duty. All 11 sitting judges agree.

Boris is toast.

They have been called “the men who plundered Europe”: a group of cowboy traders, seasoned tax lawyers and mathematical whizz kids who are alleged to have conspired in the heart of the City of London to siphon at least €60bn in taxpayers’ money from the state coffers of several EU countries.

Init!

No, I thought it was farcical though. Was there a reason a verified vote couldn't reasonably go ahead? The show of hands seemed archaic and wasn't a good look for Labour, in my opinion of course.

Asking those in the hall who weren't delegates to leave for a democratic vote via a show of hands was akin to Stalinism?

Re: EU Referendum 23rd June 2016 declares Cameron
The show of hands vote was a fucking joke and I'd be saying that if the outcome had been the other way. On such an important issue to not have a fully accurate verified vote was bollocks. The call "can anyone who shouldn't be here please leave now" was like something out of the film Death Of Stalin.

Bolt.

ALL mp's were 'led by the people' in 2016.

we now know that in the eyes of these cunts it means nothing so i think Corbyns stance is irrelevant.

Chilled, it would appear Corbyn is fighting a losing battle.

I'm going to actually praise Corbyn here. His stance on Brexit being neutral actually makes a lot of sense, being guided by the people etc, but it's totally flawed due to the party overwhelmingly wish to remain.

Both major parties are completely fucked.

Re: EU Referendum 23rd June 2016 declares Cameron
Labour is not a a remain party, that's now fact,

However, it's a cunt party infested with remainers. Not long ago they would not shut the fuck up about a 2nd Vote. They now have their fucking 2nd vote and now wont shut up about campaigning for remain, despite losing the vote yesterday.
But that's what what self-entitled neoliberals do.
