Have you ever had a kid's ticket for away match and got the T.Office to replace with adult ticket?
I got tickets for Leicester and West Brom for my kids as my brother was going to take them but now he can't. My youngest won't mind if she goes or not really so if I go to the Ticket Office and ask to pay the difference to upgrade, will/can they do it?

I know it's easy for home matches but not sure about away matches. I've emailed T Office but no reply... don't have time to hang on the phone on hold for ages.

Thanks Jimmy - fair dos to the TO. They got back to me. Sounds like a pain in the arse for them to osrt it out (digging through ticket stubs) but they're going to do it for me so grateful for that.

I'd also contacted Leicester who also said they'd do it for me on the day if our Ticket Office couldn't sort it.

It's a SIGN, I tell you, a SIGN of good things tonight.

Come on you IRONS.....................

I've taken both tickets to be upgraded to adult at both West Brom and Norwich and had no problems. I'd just give Leicester a quick call to check but I'm sure they wont turn extra money away.

In all seriousness of the TO says no then I'll have a couple of face value U10s tickets for Leicester available!

I think it depends- we had nightmares with a senior ticket at QPR last season, couldn't get it upgraded by either ticket office - ended up having to chance it but luckily got in.

To be honest our ticket office is an absolute shambles, I wish you luck, you'll probably need it.

I was told that as long as that match has officially sold out then it's no problem to upgrade from a kid to an adult. However, joey5k had all sorts of issues getting them to upgrade my son's ticket for Chelsea, although they did finally do it.
