Thandie Newton was superb in the final episode, when she finally realised that he misguided self preservation was 1) not working and 2) morally reprehensible. The bit when she asked Ted "Am I still a Police officer, Sir?" was superb.

TBH if everything on Tv was only realistic it would be fucking boring.

The plot and details are so unrealistic I haven't bothered much even though my wife has been watching it. In fact I fell asleep during the final episode.

Re: Line of Dut
This very entertaining series seems to be a reflection of current police corruption which is probably as bad as it's ever been. With Cressida Dick in charge of the Met.,I can see it getting worse.

I was recently reading up on a Canning Town villain(I won't name him in case he sends a hit man for elimination purposes),who has been described as TOO BIG to take down. Apparently he is a well known Hammers fan who borrowed money from Sullivan in recent years.
