Edens good, better going to RBG Kew. Despite the Government rapping the Science there, place to be for environmental research.. and pansies. Few West Ham work there, or did as well.

Ray - if your old lady's garden smells of bizzy lizzies then that is money well spent mate

I went there many years ago and felt as if I was missing something as I didn't have a clue about any of the (apparently) wonderful selection of exotic plants from around the world. Wandered around a bit but frankly it just looked like a load of green stuff to me.

Seems like a good idea overall, but presumably you need to have a bit of an interest in the plants to make it worthwhile?

Visit the lost gardens of Heligan instead.

I was there on 31st August 2006 wearing the shirt. Someone stopped me and said, have you heard you've just signed Tevez and Mascherano?

Rest of the day was quite boring.

I'd go to the beach and play footy all day till you drop. Drink local beer of the evening and have some fish and chips. Proper working class day.

It's fucking pony and a waste of money. You can buy a pasty there, that's the best thing about it.

It's a fascinating place. Yes but expensive but a nice day out. The domes are great. Food is superb too

It's a good day out if you like that type of thing, lots of huge contemporary sculptures and the tropical bio dome is an experience.

Impressive place all round.
