Goose in Bucharest

Much more beautiful than I expected, the palace of Nicolae Ceaușescu is something to behold. 7 floors above ground and 5 below, with tens of kilometres of underground tunnels apparently.
They produce a mean Chablis too.

Travel there regularly for work...now they have shifted all the stray dogs, its not a bad city...f*cking freezing in Jan/Feb

I drove from Bucharest to Brasov a couple of years ago. On the road you pass Razvan Rat's hotel - there's even a billboard of him.

Meant to be a lovely country in fairness, especially the rural parts (if you avoid the gypo villages)
Never met a proper Romanian who ain't a really nice person either.

I was impressed with the place, been there twice with the EL games. Went on a trip to Brasov and that was a lovely town. Real cafe society. People friendly too.Think most of the Romanian scum are pick pocketing around Oxford St

The Chablis region is the northernmost wine district of the Burgundy region in France. The cool climate of this region produces wines with more acidity and flavors less fruity than Chardonnay wines grown in warmer climates.
