Why do we allow ourselves to be treated like sc#m?
I have been trying for a number of weeks to get a name of the head of complaints at West Ham but despite several emails (some went unanswered and ignored) from the "supporters services "were unwilling or unable give this information to me,I went down to the stadium to see if there was any one I could talk to but was told no and to send a letter.I set this letter on Monday 24th October and still haven't got a reply not even a acknowledgement.?Why? It is time to actually recognise that we are just cash cows to this"club" mere scum,I feel like throwing in the towel

Unfortunately there is a percentage of our support this is scum.
The same as there is with every other club.

This minority is what allegedly justifies all supporters to be treated that way.

Do people still write letters? Maybe it turned up and a young intern had no idea what it was or maybe they do what I do with e mails and only reply when I get sent a second one.

You expect a reply to a letter in a week!!!! you need to observe more patience.

i dont know its anything other than we are and always have been a club that thinks and operates like a woolworths ( poundland for the younger generation )whilst thinking it is harrods.

The fact that Lady Brady is in charge and the adage that a fish rots from the head is also true

Yes it is pathetic yes it is cowardice and sadly yes West ham fans are seen as Cash Cows I am not surprised because fans do not come into it when your club has stopped being a football club and is now run like an entertainment Industry business.

It is sad to say there is only one way to stick two fingers up at the club for its disrespect, and that is not to go to games and not to buy its products, sadly the entertainment business know that that is very hard to do for most solid fans.

Huffers,

Can I ask what your complaints are re the Boleyn Bar? I'm assuming you're not the chap from the fans forum who was upset that everyone wasn't wearing a suit and tie.

Re: Why do we allow ourselves to be treated like sc#m?
I was told over a month ago that Charles Bruner would be in touch in due course to arrange a meeting re: Boleyn Bar. He is yet to email me. Apparently he is leaving the club, so that may be why but he is yet to confirm that.
