A mardy out-of-form Frenchman throwing a strop is not worthy of a meltdown. Not even worth it's own thread.

Now, Graham Taylor shuffling off the planet, I could understand. Man knew the game, knew the players, knew the fans.

*Melts*

Yes, i think it is. Worrying time if Payet and Antonio are playing silly buggers, with other players off at the AFCON.

Could really start to affect the morale of the rest of the players and put us in deep, deep shit.

Full on meltdown at 5.00pm on Saturday when we've just lost 5-0 with no signings and Nordtveit playing left wing.

Did whats known as a " Schemmel "

One great season, long contract, big wages and then stops trying.

Sell him.

We will have a new hero in a few months, he doesn't deserve our adulation. Save that for Bonds, Brooking, Moore and Noble.

Yarmouth, i totally agree with you but there are cunts on here who actually think Payet's the best player to wear the shirt

Re: Does this count as a WHO melt down?
No, I think (hope..) it may be the exact opposite.

If we assume that Payett's been a cunt for a good few weeks now, the bitterness between him and the club must extend to the training ground and where you have loyal, 'proper' pro's within our ranks, they may well be unsettled with the way that the club has/is handling the situation and it extends to the pitch on match days.

He's been a bit player from the start of the season and frankly we all know he's nowhere near as good as he thinks he is. A player with a talent for dead balls but thats about it.

He's never been a Billy Bonds type or has the skill of Brooking or Devonshire to grab a game by the scruff of the neck and change things - he's been a style player without any substance so when things are going right he shines, when they're not he hides.

He'll go before the window is closed this month, we all know it, he knows it, Billic knows it.

Sell the cunt by Saturday to the highest bidder and don't let the door bang on his arse on the way out.

I think once he's gone, we could settle down and grind out some results again. With clever dealings in this window we could become very stable again, but the key word is clever in this window.

I doubt the board will let Billic even attempt at being clever, but we should simply use the money for Payett to get a stella striker into the club.

If we lose Antonio then my argument is flawed, because I believe that Antonio is one of the loyal pro's I refer to and appreciates the opportunity given to him by the club.

So - if he goes it will because he wants to leave, that'll mean to me that Billic is not motivating the team in the correct manner.

Hope I'm right about Antonio, couldn't give a toss about Payett - fuck off and good riddance.

Wait til Payet tweets a pic of himself in a Man Utd shirt this afternoon.

And then says Paul Ince took the photo for him
