Such a waste.

Please don't bog down the thread with actual thoughts or ideas - simply express your unhealthy seething hatred towards the lazy stereotype of a young player and move along.

When Branded thinks for himself it's even worse than the misunderstood bilge he posts from the internet, Trundle.

One of the thickest, most socially inadequate morons on here by far.

He's applying the law very well. Do enough to get very rich very quickly. Also enjoy the other 80% of the time with mates, cars and birds.

I don't think he needs to. He's already in the 1%.

Is every opinion of yours cut and pasted from the internet, BRANDED?

I don't think I've ever seen you post something up original, it's either from the media, facebook, twitter, or in this case wikipedia.

You should try thinking for yourself sometime, if you can that is.

Thanks for that gph, and indeed BRANDED.

What can I say, other than Ravel would have trouble putting in 20% perspiration, let alone 99%.

Re: Ravel Morrison
I think the 80:20 rule is better.

The 80:20 rule is about the fact that most of what you can achieve comes from a smaller proportion of the focus.

The Pareto principle (also known as the 80/20 rule, the law of the vital few, or the principle of factor sparsity) states that, for many events, roughly 80% of the effects come from 20% of the causes. ... Pareto developed both concepts in the context of the distribution of income and wealth among the population.

Lily - it's 1% and 99%, and it's an Edison quote.

I suppose that's no bar to it having become a proverb, though

Played his best football for us (and under Allardyce).

I wished he had moved agents and was still with us playing as well as he was.

Still, I'm sure he's enjoying the Mexican beaches.

Re: Ravel Morrison
Yep, whatever the exact stats in the proverb, it's something like "Real success needs 20% inspiration and 80% perspiration."

It might even be 10%/90%, but you get the drift.

Ravel must tink breaking sweat is for batty boys or summink.

He's just a bit brain damaged, is all. Maybe dropped on his head as a baby, which gave him footballing superpowers but took away all his gumption and common sense, rendering his powers effectively useless.

Re: Ravel Morrison
Almost without exception in today's game talent isn't enough to be a top player. You have to make sacrifices in life, work hard and be very disciplined, bed at a decent time, watch what you eat and drink etc.

Anyone who thinks Rav was going to toe that party line month after month year after year are dreamers. Was never gonna happen, hence why it never did happen. The boy never had it in him, and to be fair a lot don't.

Re: Ravel Morrison
I've got a mate whose grandfather was Man U's longest serving scout. Reckoned Ravel Morrison was the greatest raw talent he'd ever seen (but no, not the guy blowing his own trumpet as his turf didn't include Ravel's "hood")

He also commented that he had one of the worst attitudes he'd ever seen. So all in all, far and away the greatest waste of talent he'd come across.

And whilst I'm not exactly in the Allardyce or Redknapp fanclubs, if neither they nor Ferguson could bring him into line, nor those at Lazio, sadly the lad is a lost cause.

His only hope might be to, against the odds, become a born again bible basher or somesuch and bring that into his work. Not that I generally appreciate born agains or longstanding hard-on bible-bashers, but in Ravel's case it may well take something that fundamental (pun intended) to get him to knuckle-down, if it's not already too late.

What gangster behaviour was that?

The goal against spurs? His subsequent performances?

But please do enlighten us with what happened to make things fall off a cliff after that. And point out how it had anything to do with any gangster behaviour while you're there.

You don't half talk bollox. So you'd have tolerated his wannabe gangster behaviour expecting him to then turn out to be a model pro.
You really are a fucking moron.
