Re: Bill Paxton brown bread
He was excellent in one of his earlier roles in Near Dark, 80s vampire flick.

Never realised he was in Tombstone til yesterday.

Quite an under-appreciated film I reckon, considering almost all more modern westerns are shite.

As an 8 year old boy, you can clearly see him in the crowd at the last speech JFK gave about an hour before he had his head blown off.

RIP Chet

Always generally the fella in the background than the main lead, but damn fucking good at it.

Seems to be a spate of the good ones dying, about time a few of the fuckers we don't care about took a turn!

"Hey Vasquez, have you ever been mistaken for a man?" "No, have you?" That line in Aliens always makes me laugh. Was an underrated actor.

Re: Bill Paxton brown bread
I read earlier that he recently gave a podcast where he revealed that he suffered from Rheumatic Fever as a child and it can apparently damage the valves of the heart. Not sure if true or not.

Re: Bill Paxton brown bread
He took acting like you are 'frightened and totally stressed out' to a new level in Aliens.

'Chet' from Weird Science is an all time hero of mine. Just superb from a young Paxton:

Re: Bill Paxton brown bread
Saw him first in one of my favourite films Near Dark back in the 80's.

Good actor.
