Ref marching our players off last night. What was that all about?
Never really seen the likes of it.

The many times we've been losing or drawing this season and the oppo make a sub and the cunt spends 2 minutes walking slowly the width of the pitch while the ref does nothing, then on the rare occasion we're ahead the cunt tries to frogmarch each of our players to the touch line no doubt telling them they'll be booked if they don't speed up pronto.

What a load of shit. Fair play to Calleri to stop and pull his socks down.

It's West Ham vs Spurs at 8pm on a Friday night. Ref was clearly under instructions to be careful as harsh decisions could easily result in serious crowd trouble. I believe this was why noble only got a yellow and Loris got away with his.

That also explains Lanzini's booking.

Not making excuses for him - I thought the reffing was shit, but that would have been a difficult game to manage.

Lanzini was completely taken out blatant red, the ref bottled it.

Both Clive Allen and Igor Stimac thought Lloris was a definite red. But they did have the benefit of multi angle replays.

Loris and Lanzini both challenged for the ball in the same manner.
Loris is heavier than Lanzini, so Lanzini came off worst. It's simple physics.

Get over it.

If he gave a foul, it had to be red, as he was the last man after the last man, being the keeper. I reckon the ref knew he'd let Noble off, so he let Lloris off.

Knowing the final result, I can easily say he did the right thing.

If Loris we an outfield player he would have gone. Why is that different for an out of position goalkeeper ??

When Reid and of their players (can't remember who) had a coming together, Taylor being the cunt he is walked past Reid and asked their player if he was alright. He then turned back to Reid and walked straight past him again, even though he was also still on the floor.

Nobles was a yellow and so should have lloris together with a free kick!

Re: Ref marching our players off last night. What was that all about?
Loris was a clear red

Noble was a borderline red (seeing that the ref was Taylor it's a wonder it wasn't) It was a stupid, late, reckless & pointless challenge that could easily have cost us the game

Re: Ref marching our players off last night. What was that all about?
Doesn't matter if you get the ball first, it can still be a foul.

Here are five offences in which contact may or may not be made with an opponent that cause a direct free kick to be awarded:

attempts to kick an opponent carelessly, recklessly or with excessive force
attempts to trip an opponent carelessly, recklessly or with excessive force
jumps at an opponent carelessly, recklessly or with excessive force
attempts to strike an opponent carelessly, recklessly or with excessive force
tackles an opponent carelessly, recklessly or with excessive force

If that "challenge" had been by an outfield player, it would have been a booking, minimum.

On TV the commentator said that Loris got the ball first? on the reply it looked like the player first. And yes Taylor is a Cunt!!

He should have given a red to Lloris

....But then, to be fair, he only gave Noble a yellow. I was certain he was going to get a red.

Also, I too loved Calleri bending over to take his shin pads off while still on the pitch. Nice touch to end a good shift.
