I go to Banks, Insurance companies and HR companies and tell them their existing financials software is rubbish and tell them to replace it for millions. And in the process I get paid a lot.

I work in a team with no money and constantly do not get bridges fixed on time which causes traffic chaos. We also regularly ignore known defects leaving my boss open to a corporate manslaughter charge.
