I'm looking forward to some wonderfully sexist posts.

It's still the headline story on the BBC football page, it's like they are trying to brainwash people into liking it.

Only 35,000 people bothered to turn up and the majority of those were there on free tickets.

I was offered free tickets via my local FA on the morning of the match, that's how desperate they were.

Venues like the Amex or St Mary's would be much better suited to the final.

As said it was the lead story on the bbc sports website while Arsenal were playing at Stoke and Fulham & Reading were in a Championship playoff semi final.
Cover it by all means but give its proper significance ie not a lot

Always seems to be covered in a patronising way as well. Can imagine if Arsenal are 3-0 down to Chelsea in 30 mins in the FA Cup final the commentators would be tearing them to shreds. Noone gets called out as SHIT in womens football.

Embarrassing how the BBC keep attempting to promote this.

Fact is, splitarse football will never be popular because it just isn't very good and nobody's interested in it.

Birmingham scored, camera panned to the crowd and there was a bloke in a West Ham shirt applauding.

Do you think there will ever come a time when a female footballer is brave enough to come out and admit she's straight?

You mean the BBPCC.

They really are trying to flog a dead horse.

Only a matter of time till they broadcast the LGBT cup final.

BBC are running it as their main sport topic, ahead of the Premier League and Play Offs.

Lesbi honest it's shit.
Turned it on, saw City were predictably 3 up after 30 mins, watched about a minute of slow paced schoolboy strength and ability football and turned off.
