Cristiano Ronaldo
Just announced he wants to leave Real Madrid as he doesn't want to play in Spain anymore.

Man U?
Bayern? Because of the Ancelotti connection?

What figure could he go for? 70mil? Best player in football and whilst he isn't young anymore I personally think he still has years left at the top level.

Oh and Ronaldo > Messi.

Put your money on him joining Brighton.

Gay capital of Europe, very tolerant City.

Just saying 😊

To be fair thought Sydney whoever pays out that £350m knows they will get it back on merchandise… every body will want a shirt with his no 7 and name on the back …

Re: Cristiano Ronaldo
I remember seeing him at UP when still playing for MU. Spent most of the game on his arse, holding his hands up, constantly affronted that the ref had failed to see the 'foul' on him.

Mind you, not really representative of his whole career to be fair..

'Prepare to see the bill settled and this little issue sorted very quickly.'

That would be like an 80% pay rise six months after he signed the most lucrative contract ever in football (this is a guess, but I suspect I'm right). I'm not saying it won't happen, but it seems a little extreme, even for modern football.

Re: Cristiano Ronaldo
I think its funny that the Real Madrid Boss Perez or whatever his name is has come out and said he wont stand in Ronaldo's way if he really wants to leave, How nice!

But then the club put out a statement that they wont let him go for less that £350m

What a cunt Perez is.

In my eyes he’s better than Lionel…. As near to a complete striker that there is… I swear I have not seen a better header of the ball than him… the Air Jordan of Association Football….

Re: Cristiano Ronaldo
He’s just signed a new 5 year deal there, what 6 month ago?

He is just having a hissy fit as the Taxman is on his back, not sure why he is blaming Real Madrid for that or what he thinks leaving Spain will achieve, if he owes Tax he will have to pay it no matter were he is in Europe and the EU, unless he fucks off to China or some other footballing shit hope and never comes back.

Big girls blouse!

if you are trying to make a point then you have failed miserably and just made yourself look a tit. There are always exceptions to any rule, Ronaldo is not only one of the best footballers ever, but has the body and fitness of a 21 year old still.

Re: Cristiano Ronaldo
Geoff, I think the 46 games and 42 goals are a sign he's probably still got it?

It's when a 32 year old makes 11 starts for his club in a season that it makes you wonder...

Leave Real Madrid and Spain.!

Don't make me laugh. The Spanish authorities have to keep all that youth unemployment happy somehow. This is a angle for a pay rise.

He's a big poof and a right winger (we sign 3 every summer) so it's a perfect fit for us.

Could open up a branch of his museum in the East end.
