Bilic Board meeting determines he's the man
Before this gets locked how is it unreasonable to have, on a West Ham forum a discussion about the manager in charge when we have many, many threads about players who are contracted to us. There will always be fans for and fans against an individual and a forum is a place to air those opinions, whether positive or negative, it is the very nature of a forum. The fact it was locked was poor form in my opinion.

Whilst it will be easy for some posters to say "all this after 1 loss to Man U" they are forgetting the percentage of fans that have been saying Bilic is not up to the job midway through last season, nothing has changed.

We now have the players but whilst we have that incompetent friendly friendly chap at the helm we will do well to finish 12th this season.

Make sure you make a note of this as anything better if he is in charge come the end of the season will be an absolute miracle, he is out of his depth, clueless tactically and should of been replaced in the summer.

I said it 4 months ago and I will say it again, the biggest mistake we will of made in the summer was not replacing Bilic.

Now if people have different view and opinions that is perfectly normal and I would hope this is something that is able to be discussed on a West Ham forum.

The Dildo's had that intrenational break to make an obvious change and give someone else half a chance with the squad...what happens, 3 lucky points against a relegation rival and and the dreaded stay of execution...(same as now)!

Doesnt take a tactician to see the players have stopped playing for Bilic, and yet its going to take yet another defeat at Palace for any action (if at all)...delay delay delay the inevitable !!!

Getting f*cking sick of the excuses for dishing up woeful performances

the team look lost and there very little effort or direction

And it looks increasingly likely we’ll be stuck with them as a championship side. All the usual signs are there.

Re: Bilic Board meeting determines he's the man
any owner with a small amount of intelligence would have been succession planning for some time.
the pair of cunts are juts trying to fill time until the summer in the hope they can lure someone on the cheap.

we are stuck with those cunts and that cunthole stadium.

Just fuck off with the survival talk. No wonder the owners think they can continually take the piss.
Top 7 / 8 and then breaking into the top 6 is where we should be aiming, anything less is failure.

Brilliant summing up of the situation. Although you do still get honesty and passion in the Championship and lower divisions.

It's a horrible thought but we could have a situation at the end of the season where we go down and Sheffield United( a very impressive side these days) come up.

Re: Bilic Board meeting determines he's the man
I don't want Bilic to be the manager, I think I've made that pretty clear over the past 12 months. But I can see why the owners might think the best option would be to struggle on with him right now. We still aren't favourites for the drop, it seems almost impossible to get the manager we might want mid-season, and a caretaker situation could just lead to more difficulties down the road.

May well do Sold.
The cunts running the club totally overlook that.......
Football is supposed to be a laugh and a way of getting rid of the stress of the exertions of the week, a chance to forget about your worries and let off a bit if steam.
It most definitely is not a pop concert at the O2.

The club just pissses me off now game or no game, it's just a huge constant let down orcestrated by the biggest and most inept cunts in football ownership. Going to games is a pain as access and exit is not quick, the stadium is an insult and yet another let down. I come away from games more wound up than I was before, been a moody cunt all weekend and getting utterly sick of it all.

"Bilic offered resignation in the dressing room"

"Noble has had to do the last TWO team talks post match in the absence of Billic."

Pretty much every rumour, no matter how silly, is going to be jumped on from now on, isn't it?

Re: Bilic Board meeting determines he's the man
Apparently Bilic offered resignation in the dressing room.

Clever move by him. He had nothing to lose saying it.

They will either buck their ideas up and play for him or continue to play shit so he is moved on. I personally would like to see someone replace him but I can see him winning the next two games.

The board have not been breaking the law? How dare they!

Re: Bilic Board meeting determines he's the man
They obviously haven't even been tapping up anyone else. The board are a shambles. Even if Bilic keeps us up and we make mid table they won't offer him a new contract.

Hopefully the are buying time to find someone new. However......

Road... do it ... I'm a far happier man... no fucking way I'm sticking my dosh into that shit hole... just do a few away games during the season... said yonks ago no way were they gonna ruin my life... football now is a sham compared to what it used to be like... then the players gave as much a shit as the fans... that has long gone... also throw in a shit cunt stadium and a board of just total and utter embarrassment then in my eyes you are better off doing stuff you ENJOY doing... I've never looked back to be honest...

Brother just said that during Slavs time we have conceded the most penalties and had more reds than anyone.

Problems are shape, work rate and discipline. A terrible inditement of Slav but a quick fix for any decent manager.

The club is a circus, run by clowns.
No one likes us anymore and you can feel the footballing world willing us to be relegated.

I have never been so close to jacking it in.

i'm past caring what happens now. since the move to the cesspit my interest has steadily reduced.
amazing how quickly the berk brothers have ruined a football club. impressive really.

Re: Bilic Board meeting determines he's the man
It's a mess.

The players look lost and the club is plummeting headfirst into the abyss.

How an earth is giving Billic more time going to change anything?

It would be much better to get a caretaker in, whoever that might be, to give the club a shot in the arm.

Bilic is a manager of poor quality both in choosing players and tactically speaking.

Lanzini's face talking to Hernandez when both were subbed at Turf Moore said it all. Really don't believe Bilić can expect much of a rally in the next two games
