Bilic Board meeting determines he's the man
Before this gets locked how is it unreasonable to have, on a West Ham forum a discussion about the manager in charge when we have many, many threads about players who are contracted to us. There will always be fans for and fans against an individual and a forum is a place to air those opinions, whether positive or negative, it is the very nature of a forum. The fact it was locked was poor form in my opinion.

Whilst it will be easy for some posters to say "all this after 1 loss to Man U" they are forgetting the percentage of fans that have been saying Bilic is not up to the job midway through last season, nothing has changed.

We now have the players but whilst we have that incompetent friendly friendly chap at the helm we will do well to finish 12th this season.

Make sure you make a note of this as anything better if he is in charge come the end of the season will be an absolute miracle, he is out of his depth, clueless tactically and should of been replaced in the summer.

I said it 4 months ago and I will say it again, the biggest mistake we will of made in the summer was not replacing Bilic.

Now if people have different view and opinions that is perfectly normal and I would hope this is something that is able to be discussed on a West Ham forum.

Re: Bilic Board meeting determines he's the man
I am so glad everybody else is finally realising what a joke the manager is. I fear things will get even uglier in the next couple of weeks.

Things already nearly got out of hand Friday in the stadium, just prolonging this people are going to turn on Slav as a person too as there is only so much you can take. If any of them cared about this football club as they say they do, the Owners, Bilic included, then they would part company. Disgraceful that this is being dragged out.

Re: Bilic Board meeting determines he's the man
Shocking result and performance (I am told)
However, I am glad that Bilic is still the man.
He is struggling though, has to go back to 3 centre backs and 2 wing backs. Not sure why he cannot get a back 4 to work and why he keeps trying. I like 3-4-3, anyway. We need Lanzini, but at the same time we need a single defensive midfielder that can do that job, at the moment we appear to need 2 defensive midfielders! All a little difficult.
I am still convinced Bilic will NOT get us relagated and will get us midtable given that long...
I am glad it is just you guys panicking.

Re: Bilic Board meeting determines he's the man
I suspect that what is helping temporarily keep Bilic in place is the fact that we are not the only club flirting with the bottom three and we are within three points of 12th place.

If we had ended this weekend third bottom with a gap to fourth I reckon our owners would have sacked him. As it is Koeman, Hughes, Howe to name but three are looking vulnerable job wise and possibly Pulis too.

"There is no reaction to what is going on. The fans have just given up reacting. Apathy is too strong a word but they look like they've had the guts knocked out of them.

"The best they could do is get men behind the ball - no balance, no shape, the system didn't suit the players and there was no quality."

Was he talking about us?

No, Everton

Any caretaker/interim manager will probably be worse than Slav.

Let’s face it, they don’t have the first fucking idea what to do. Bilic has put them in a bit of a spot. They’ll wing it for as long as they can. That’s what they do best.

Re: Bilic Board meeting determines he's the man
If they sack they have to agree terms with the new man, and that includes a commitment to meeting his transfer requirements.

They don't sack they don't have to spend. Simple.

It's going to have to get a lot worse before it gets better and as I'm dreading the next few months as a West Ham fan.

Bring Di Canio in as caretaker manager whilst we are looking for a new man.

He would not only give the players a kick up the arse but it is a way for the chairman to get the fans back on side.

Paolo Di Canio Paolo Di canio!

So let's talk about the last ultimatum only 5 weeks ago.... 4 games to save his job wasn't it?
The two games means nothing, it's pure gobbledygook.
Is it one win or two, 2 draws?
What happens if he loses the 3rd game?
Utter fucking nonsense from the biggest clowns in football, we are the worst run club in the league.

Re: Bilic Board meeting determines he's the man
Every other club in our position and or who have shared our form over the last 40 odd games will have sacked Bilic.

To not is not a sign of loyalty but they have bottled it. Do they genuinely think Bilic is getting more out of these players than anyone else could do?

Two games doesn't mean anything. So we win the next two but are still bottom at Christmas? Do they sack him then.

I think Sullivan knowns we've all rumbled him as a lying cunt and to get his own back he's sitting there taking the piss & winding us up further like a snidy little cunt he is.
Probably sitting back having a good laugh at our reactions.

Sullivan you may own my club and be a billionaire but it don't stop you from being a dribble of a human being, cunt.

Re: Bilic Board meeting determines he's the man
He is the right man for the job.....give him another two games.....we believe in loyalty to our managers.....means the same old tripe as fucking usual. We have spent 4 million this year and cannot afford about 1.5 million to sack him off. Tightfisted cheap skate tossers. Spend some fucking money for god sake before it is too late. Remember "we saved the club" was a while ago now. As businessmen does speculate to accumulate ever cross their minds.....absolute fucking joke......AGAIN

Re: Bilic Board meeting determines he's the man
The trouble with publically undermining your last 3 managers, is that you get a reputation for being wankers.

His will reduce your pulling power when it comes to the latest manager you’ve shat on. This leaves you hamstrung in situations like this causing the incompetence to shine through.

About time people stopped thanking the Dave’s (sic) and started telling them to fuck off out of it.

Can't see him win either tbh,. can see a stuffing midweek and Palace to knock at least three past us next week. Then I suspect he will be given another two games!!

Sullivan: Well I don't know what to do.
Gold: Neither do I . What about you,Karren?
Brady: How about kicking the can down the road?

Sullivan and Gold: Why didn't we think about that. Karren, you are so wonderfully decisive. No wonder we pay you so much.
