Thats fine as long as you would have been happy if some feral Swindon kid had done the same to him if THEY had scored a late winner.
And you explained to him that at some point if he does that said kid might give him a smack in the face.

As risk of being abused by you lot as an anorak -
Who sets the programme print run for these bloody games ??
I got there just before 7.00pm and got the last programme from their club shop.
Swindon had four or five stands outside which also sold out very quickly including the one by our entrance and all copies of A4 Team sheets also sold out.
Last season they Northampton and Coventry programmes also sold out when we visited them in the competition.
The media has run a number of stories about how the lower division sides aren't overly pleased with the new format but to my mind they're throwing revenue away when we're in town.

No.
It's a 4 team group with the top 2 progressing.
We play 3 away games and Swindon, Bristol Rovers & Wycombe play 2 at home and 1 away.

Enjoyed that. Will be going Bristol and Wycombe too. Good turnout and more singing than Swindon.

Do we have home games for this? Can't see anything listed.

I think they see it as the first step towards Premier League reserve teams and feeder teams in the lower divisions.

Excellent, although I'm not sure how the lower league teams must feel about that

Its the old Johnstones Paint Trophy for the bottom two divisions but it also now includes the Academies of 16 Premier league and Championship clubs.

Town were full strength - so says my swindon supporting mate sat with me all game.

Agree that Holland was our best player. Think the Serb had a quiet 2nd half.

Entertaining game mind COYI

Entertaining second half.

Reckon about 300-400 Hammers in attendance and Nathan Holland MOM in my opinion.

Former big....ish team Aston Villa's fans must be in a slough of despond. Three league games and just one point. If they had not acquired JT might have no points.

They look to be in egg and bubble. Whereas Colin Wanker sits proud atop the Championship with Cardiff who are yet to drop a point after three games.

Can anyone tell us what the strength of the Swindon team was, mostly first choice etc?
