Our next 6 premiership games
After an humiliating defeat at Old Trafford followed by a frustrating one at St Mary's we are feeling well cheesed off. However, the following 6 fixtures hold some good opportunity for us plus a home game against the Y##S. So , how many points can we accumulate over the next half dozen games and at the end of that time will our pride be somewhat restored? I am going for 11 points as per below.

One game at a time

Having watched a bit of Newcastle yesterday I thought they looked very very average and Huddersfield should have won by more.
Whether they are more average than us is another matter.

Certainly does seem that way.

Re: Our next 6 premiership games
We have a good squad on paper and I'm sure will be fine in the end (and by fine I mean we should stay up) but I think until we shore things up defensively we will continue to be vulnerable and any side with pace in attack will cause us real problems.

4 points from next two is a must for us, but Newcastle will have us earmarked as a must win game (and you know how we love to oblige a team in need) and Huddersfield are off to a solid start. Hard to say given recent our history with "winnable games", we'll probably lose the next two and beat spuds.

Russ

always seems to be the same with us down the years, any time a team hasn't scored for ages, any time a striker hasn't hit the back of the net for awhile, team on a losing streak, manager under fire, players returning from a near career ending injury, player returning for a second spell at a club and can emulate the first spell. always seem to turn things around against us!

We do seem to be everyone's fixture to turn things around don't we?

I mean look at Austin. Cunt not played for god knows how long then gets the winner against us.

Re: Our next 6 premiership games
I think we will smash Newcastle and then our season will go on a pretty decent run. The squad is too good to be languishing. We got smashed by the Mancs and wasn't our day at Soton.

Stupid foul by Arnie and an even more stupid nudge in the back from Zabaleta. Why do these players do it? Was he trying to be clever and nudge him off. After clawing your way back with ten men we'd earnt ourselves a valuable point from being out of it and he goes and does that. Fucking absolute idiot. Just get your positioning right and do the necessary.

Two pen's. Always going to struggle. Just a bad day at the office.

Although a bad day at the office is often magnified if it comes in a bad period. Which we are in. Bilic's run since last season has been awful. But I think he will turn it around.

I think that we will settle down and end up having a pretty decent season IF key players stay fit.

Re: Our next 6 premiership games
Very kind fixtures.

I sat tru watching Newcastle's games, thank u fucking Sky. They are truly awful, as bad as I have seen in PL.

So having beaten cheltenham we should be looking at back to back wins. And then should be confident enough to do Huddersfield in first home game of the season.

That's has far forward as I need to look at the moment.
