Not that I'm massively into athletics, but I think you're being a bit harsh there, TM.
I will say this though, they're not as good as Michael Johnson.

He's a fine example to any aspiring Sportsman/woman. If anyone has an excuse to be an arrogant, mouthy, so and so its him.

But instead, he just comes across an intelligent, humble person with a lot of class.

Now I've said that, it'll come out in the news that he was on drugs throughout he's entire career!!

We all joke but I agree 100% with vexed the important thing was that he was a brilliant athlete who actually held a world record for over a decade.

Re: Colin jackson
I think with respect to Colin the world and his dog did have an inkling, and it had nothing to do with how he jumped over the hurdles when he raced.

Re: Colin jackson
Am only surprised that he has just 'come out' , thought he must have done years ago.

Presume his bbc contract was coming up for renewal and he needed to tick another box.
It was either gay or a wheelchair and he didn't fancy throwing himself out of a window.

Re: Colin jackson
Top man is Jackson. Clearly a very nice man and sad that he felt he had to lie about this stuff. One of our best ever athletes.

To put him in the same category as the cretin Lewis is pretty much treason.

I can't believe anyone believed he wasn't gay.

However I guess that's not the point of him coming out, good for him.

I'm shocked, I would never have guessed the camp, 50 year old single man who had an affair with an airline steward was gay!

Next you'll be telling me Mark Foster is gay!
