Thanks for the options, gents.

I suppose I'll bear these in mind and keep my eye on a traffic website on the day, which will determine how far in I'll risk driving.

If you want to completely avoid driving any further than you have to then come off the M11 at Hastingwood and drive to Epping Station. Giant car park and 28 minutes on the Central Line to Stratford.

ATTENTION THE COLLECTIVE WISDOM OF WHO!

I'm flying over with my boy for the Tottenham match and we'll have to drive direct from the airport to the stadium.

Any tips on a good place to park, when I'm coming in on the M11?

I was thinking maybe parking up somewhere like South Woodford and jumping on the central line from there, rather than driving so far in as Stratford, or is the traffic not so bad that I could easily get all the way in to Stratford International car park?

fortunately I have both. However, in this case not necessary as a short walk from East Finchley sufficed.

You need magic or time travel to get any sort of train to Muswell Hill, so a car would seem a better bet, car park delay or no.

took less than that to get home on tube (Muswell Hill).

Re: Westfield car park post match
You could try finding some free street parking around Maryland / top of Leytonestone Hi Rd. Approx 50 min walk.

Fish Island for a weeknight game. Loads of free single yellow parking, or just park in the nutty African church/wharehouse carpark and a black Jesus will even watch over your car.

It used to rake me an hour to get from where I parked in Henniker Road to the A12 in the good old days.
