Next 5 League Fixtures
It’s the dreaded run of “winnable games”

By my reckoning we should be taking 8 minimum from that lot:

30/9: Swansea (H) - (must) win
14/10: Burnley (A) - draw
20/10: Brighton (H) - win
28/10: Palace (A) - draw
1/11: Liverpool (H) - lose

Will things be looking slightly rosier by the end of October or will the alarm bells be ringing?

I want to see 12 points before the Liverpool games, is that to much to ask?

6 points max. Bilic will play his 18th century football with Big Andy, and show his talent for assembling and selecting the slowest and oldest team in the Premiership.

Pessimistic? Me? Nah, I like to think realistic. Delighted to be proved wrong but I can see it now. Stranded by December all because our owners are paralysed with fear to do anything like sack a manager that has presided over a defensive record of 100 goals against in 50 odd games. That as damning a stat as you can get. Beggars belief he is in his job still.

I'd say 10 - winning at CP.

But you know us, right. Brighton without Hemed do us and we bully Liverpool into a flap and beat them.

If Carroll is used to nod down to Hernandez through the centre some more as well as drag defences over.... and Arnies attempts on goal are as intimidating as he tries to look/seem...

Next up - battle of the Ayews.

Each week, Jordan does more in the MotD highlights than Andre does in a whole match.

We should still win, though

If we cant haul ourselves out of the trouble against that lot, then the championship will be looming large as our "next level" even Liverpool at home we need to be at the very least getting a point.
