Noble & Ginge c*nt the players in the b*stard

Nice one skipper and Ginge. These two are the kind we need now, depsite what their critics say about them, there is no way they would put in such a spineless performance as on Friday, or allow their team mates to get away with it on the pitch.

“Whether it's true or not (it's silly season for us as rumours are concerned), there was a report suggesting that players are privately questioning Bilic’s tactics and training techniques”

HAHAHAHAH

How could they not? We are shit. The stats dont lie. At the end of the day anything you are doing that puts you near the bottom of the table after a pretty serious amount of spending, means your tactics and training techniques are by definition, shit..

What annoys me most is that Sullivan keeps talking about loyalty to Bilic. What about loyalty to the fucking club? To the fans, to the kids that buy the shirts? Why do I give a fuck about loyalty to a man who is a millionaire and is bringing down my club? I dont get it.

West Ham first, everyone else be damned. The guy is a shit coach and has been for two seasons. And if he’s not shit he’s desperately unlucky then and I dont need unlucky people managing my club,

I cant remember the last time a manager recovered from such a poor start ever. People seem not to have noticed that he has pretty much the full squad at his disposal right now. I don’t think there are any 1st choice injuries in the squad. What we are getting now is the pinnacle of 2 seasons worth of development. This situation is alarming. Sullivans words are alarming. If we carry the same win ratio as we have done all of 2017 we will be relegated.

The standard of teams out there is better than last season. I think only Stoke, Palace and Everton are in as serious problems as us and 2 of those clubs have taken action so realistically, it’s us and stoke (I’d be surprised if Hodgson would take a team down).

Shame the only players who care are too old and crap to warrant a place in the side.

eddie B.

I agree! and as I write notes in the Hospital I work at I think I should improve a little to assist others working along side me.

Billy's Bonds wouldn't have waiting for Monday morning to have a word it would have been on the pitch after 15 minutes then half time again if that didn't work he would have locked them in the dressing room after wards for a hour ,no doubt it he would have ended up on a man slaughterer charge but we would have forgiven him.

This Monday morning bollocks

It's also an open question whether senior members of the squad contributed to the poor standards that have been suggested around training and squad togetherness. If Noble and Collins are the pillars of the squad, they are part-responsible for its failure.

This is the equivalent of Parker giving the half time team talk away to west Brom when we were three down

If any further proof was needed that bilics time is up, this is it

whilst it doesn't matter to the overall picture, I don't agree with this at all. Its well documented that Gerrard got Benitez and all his coaching staff out of the dressing room when 3-0 down in the Champions League final at half time, so that he could speak to the players on his own.

Plenty of other things that point to suggest time is up, but a total non-story for me, this one.

If that was true we wouldn't need managers or coaches....

All players should take responsibility for themselves, the team, the club and its fans. If every individual is not doingvtheir job they should be reminded by the rest. If they're not up to it, they shouldnt be doing it.

I think the captain should do this job more than the manager. Nolan did it for Allardyce. The difference is that BFS used to get mad on the touchline at times, whereas Bilic, though he gets animated, doesn't get angry on the touchline. That's quite right and proper most times, but on Friday Slaven perhaps should have seen what was going on and blasted some of them there and then.

But I reckon it's best for a manager to have a captain that can play bad cop at times like this.

Good on Noble and Collins doing this if true. Can remember the 85/86 squad had a meeting after a couple of games and "sorted" a few things out. Not saying we will end up finishing 3rd this season but if players are kicking some arse it could only be a good thing.

It's funny how people's opinion of players goes up by them not being in the team.

One bad performance and they'll both be a pair of cunts again.

Glad they've got the minerals to have a word though.

Re: Noble & Ginge c*nt the players in the b*stard
It shouldn't be the job of Noble and Collins to knock some heads together it should be the manager and his staff.
I've been Noble's harshest critic regarding his football ability but I've absolutely no doubt the man cares passionately about this football club and he has been a fantastic ambassador.
The circumstances we now find ourselves in dictates changes need to made to the team for tomorrow with one eye on Saturday against Palace and Collins if he is fit has to come in and Noble will play anyway.
Friday there was no leaders on the pitch who galvanised people to show some balls and fight for everything.
Collins does that and dare I say Noble will give his all no matter what.
We deserve a performance from them and if they can't get up for this game irrespective of what happened on Friday we may as well all give up.

whatever people say about noble his passion and pride for our club can never be questioned, has to start the next 2 games if fit, saw him at one game last season warming up on the touch line, barking out orders to those on the pitch, ill settle for less talented players that give 100%

Kayoute and Obiang were no better than Noble on Friday. In fact he needs to be back in the team.

We could do worse than letting these two run the club whilst we search for bilic replacement. Can't see for the life of me how a clueless and totally demotivated manager can lift our squad.
