We simply can't find a way to play expansive football at home. How many times did Creswell burn the left flank? The right was even more non existent. I'm not a critic of the stadium as some, but this group of players, for whatever reason, have a psychological problem when we play there. Confidence is completely shot. What is increasingly noticeable is how the team starts matches - it's dire. Joe Hart was the busiest player in the first half, not from the scousers, but from back passes. There's a fear gripping the team that needs fixing fast. Changing the manager might be a start, but it needs addressing - fast. Not the most original post, I guess.
