Were now ready to send the 5 points :

1 Must take up full away ticket allocation

2 : Memorial to be maintained regularly

3: The Hammer and Castle badge to be reconised with immediate effect on match programme and in future in the stadium

4 : The owners to be more proffesional on social media ie remove the sullivan kids from speaking on the clubs behalf :

5 The 15 minute interval must be addressed its impossible to get to the toilets get a drink and be back for the restart a for the second half . They club have 7 days to respond if they fail to deliver a full demo / march will take place .

Now we need 5 action plan for the disabled / elderly / family .
We now need 5 action plans to make our experience improved thanks

sorry pub, they just wind me up so much. I hate to think how bad I'd be if I was still going over there

When I said fair play it was meant with a touch of irony, not admiration.

On a separate note I see that Newham have given Planning Permission to build on the site we were previously linked with - the old Parcelforce site next to West Ham station .... missed opportunities and all that !

Pure coincidence, although tbf that statue will require some specialist heavy duty lifting gear to move it, the least the 2bobs can do is make a contribution towards the new road layout.

Re: Real West Ham Fans - Updated with notes from Meeting on 10/2
`A discussion took place concerning the commissioning of a new statue/s rather than move the current one on the Barking road took place but KB informed us they were expensive .Seemingly the junction of Barking road and Boundary road is getting redesigned and the WCW statue will have to move ( somewhere) anyhow'.

Seems bloody convenient that .... I bet your bottom dollar that if we was still at the Boleyn then that Statue would be going nowhere...

big picture is they don't give a fuck and will continue in exactly the same mode post march no matter how big it is.

Trev, agreed as the valuation may have reflected the value of associated buildings on the land and contents therein, as said valuation would have been prior to the land only sale.

“ fair play to Brady “

I don’t get this.

She’s paid a fucking fortune and despite being a massive thundercunt will be totally comfortable at such a meeting and anything that’s thrown at her.

She’ll have been told to attend, why is she getting any credit ?

CHL
“they seem almost content for us to prod around”

Exactly this

I don’t think they are bothered and the statements they’ve been putting out are just a PR exercise rather than any sort of fear over a march. If they were seriously worried they wouldn’t be mugging off meeting the group, at least not deliberately

grapes

that account valuation would have reflected more than merely the value of the land though. more knowledgeable people but be able to comment on other factors, besides fixtures and fittings etc.

Re: Real West Ham Fans - Updated with notes from Meeting on 10/2
The Boleyn was valued in West Ham accounts at 71.2m sold to Galliard for £38m (2nd highest bidder was £32m) Galliard sold on to Barratts soon after registered at Land Registry 2016 for £40m.

There is a large descrepancy between the valuation and the sold price. Perhaps the valuation was inflated to facilitate gearing requirements? Sullivan commented at the time that market forces dictated the sale price.
