Vechain up to $5.46. Glad I didn't sell. I'm in this for the long game now. I recon it'll be up to $100 in 3 years.

"Let’s revisit this in a year and see where the price is at"

Please let's do this. Bitcoin/Ethereum will have at least tripled from today's price. Get involved Darby, don't be scared little fella.

Buy when there's blood in the streets!

I love how all the recent experts think they have it sussed that you can only make money if the price is rising. If the prices became stable at a certain point many Cryptos that will survive allow anyone to run a masternode, an investment that yields return for the people who keep the chain online and secure.

Blockchain itself has incredible use cases that aren't anything to do with acting as a currency.

Explain yourself. I would argue that blockchain is the perfect mechanism to be a mainstream payment mechanism. Extremely difficult to subvert, resilient, transparent...... all shit things now are they?

A new study shows that almost half of the marijuana and cocaine traded in the largest darknet marketplaces is being shipped from the US and the UK. Other popular shippers include Germany and Australia.

Re: Bitcoin
"it will return to being a method of payment"

used by a tiny niche. Blockchain, as it stands, is not fit to be a mainstream payment method.

Re: Bitcoin
Fair play to those that had the balls to invest & make money, however CC was never designed to be an investment vehicle, the arse will fall out of it at some point & it will return to being a method of payment.

Re: Bitcoin
You could say the same of trading in any market when you only go long. It's not like buying something sustainable.

I couldn't possibly imagine trading in a market that you can't short. Ridiculous.

Re: Bitcoin
Let’s revisit this in a year and see where the price is at, but fundamentally cryptos are a poor way to invest your money because they’re entirely dependent on their price rising, whereas something like a rental property still creates income even if house prices are declining.

I suspect that over the next few years people will realise this and sell up. When you realise that you’d be making more money in bank interest than you are with your declining cryptos, they probably won’t look so tempting.
