More patience required Darby.
January the 17th is still about 8 weeks a way.

Cryptocurrency prices boomed in that period last year.

It won't just be Buffett and Dimon that are having a chuckle, Vexed.

"Let’s revisit this in a year and see where the price is at"

Please let's do this. Bitcoin/Ethereum will have at least tripled from today's price. Get involved Darby, don't be scared little fella.

--
Bitcoin is now a third (A THIRD) of the price it was in January. Ethereum is now one eighth (ONE EIGHTH) of its price in January. If only Buffett and Dimon had listened to financial geniuses like you, Vexed.

Zeb, the reward for hashing increases at the demand goes down, as you are paid per hash. This structure ensures that'll never happen.

Re: Bitcoin
Read an interesting article the other day that said that Nvidia had to write down the value of their inventory due to a sharp drop in sales of GPUs that are used for crypto currency mining. That has left with a huge pile of unsold kit.
The achilles heal of cryto-currencies is that they rely on the miners to compute the hashes for blockchain. If enough of the miners give up and drop out of the game it is finished.

The problem with these currencies is there is a growing limit on any individual currency BUT UNLIMITED currencies. They are only as good as the mugs that buy in.

Have XRP and ZIL in the cents area!!!....shipped sailed on bitcoin unless you buy huge and then that comes with huge risk...don´t see an awful lot of risk in buying 500-1000 quids worth and sticking it out for a few years especially with XRP looking to take on or over from Swift!!

Re: Bitcoin
Nothing wrong with a Ponzi scheme if you're in at the beginning. I think its probably more like pyramid selling tbh.

Coffee - Swisscoin was a joke right? Yeah that I am lying about.

This will be the death of a lot of coins. Just invest in a project that you believe in and hope for the best.

Oh and store your shit locally and not on an exchange.

Yes I'm aware of the irony.

I still think the concept of cryptocurrencies is the future.
