WHO Poll
Q: 2021/22 What competition should we prioritise this season?
a. The league is our bread & butter, so this year let's have a club sandwich
b. We're owed an FA Cup after Gerrard nicked our last one in 06, our name's on it in 22
c. A bye to the League Cup 3rd round gives us a good start, let's make it count
d. The Europa is our best ticket to the Champions League, this is the one
e. What's wrong with you, let's do the lot, has the quadruple ever been done

Re: Bitcoin

Imo it still hasn't reached even close to what it will do. Once the institutional investors like Micro Strategy lamp money into BTC it will just reinforce itself to be considered a store of value. And then the fun will really start !

Been in for the ride since 2012 and have taken chunks out three times but still have skin in the game. Just protect yourself, avoid the shitcoins, keep your BTC on a Trezor Wallet and don't day trade and it'll come out good.

Good to bear in mind tax implications of cashing any in, in Ireland for example any washouts are liable to 33% Capital Gains Tax as its treated as an investment by the Revenue people. And banks are very adept at realising that your taking money from a Crypto exchange and will report you to Revenue. Money laundering laws have made it impossible to get away with it. Even taking out multiple small amounts over an extended period will be noticed and reported.

Happy Hodling :)

Re: Bitcoin
I sold 2 after conferring with someone on here how best to do it (thank you again) in 2019, which has more than made up for my financial irresponsibility when I was younger and means I’ll have a decent pension pit now.

Still holding 1 complete one though - reckon we’ll see a few more big peaks and troughs yet

Some old WHOers on this thread must have made a mint if they held. This is years old.

I wish it would just settle and climb gently. These pumps make it harder to trade.
Have nearly tripled my money since Christmas though.

With Bitcoin now over $55,000

This is a strange snapshot of WHO history

A lot of “experts” on the bubble.

Re: Bitcoin
my MATE was on at me for ages to buy up a load of Chainlink. This was about 2yrs ago when it was about a quid a pop. Even set up an automatic purchase thing.

He had a few hundred worth when it rocketed up a few months back. Literally 10x'd his investment in a matter of days.

Me on the other hand didn't buy much and sold it all anyway just before that happened.

Re: Bitcoin
I sold at 15.6 thinking it would dump before going to 17k, but it just kept going. Made some of it up by trading with USDT, but I'm way of it suddenly dumping.

Re: Bitcoin
A lot of the shitcoins will. Many of them are just scams. But as long as people see crypto as a good way to store and transfer value, they will keep going.

Coining it at the moment. Will cash a few out at £7k and then leave the rest for retirement or bust.

Blockchain isn’t going away.
